2.0 Subject to the following clauses, non-sale REDHENCHMAN products purchased via our website can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of the date of dispatch.
2.1 When you return a Product to us and request for a refund or exchange:
(a) You are entitled to return purchased products within the 90 days period above given that you can provide proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email or order number). We will examine the returned Product and will confirm via email whether you are entitled to the requested refund or exchange.
(b) Where you have requested for a refund, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the Product, not including the original cost of sending the Product to you.
(c) Where you have requested for an exchange, we will process the exchange as soon as possible subject to the availability of the item which you have selected to be exchanged with the returned Product. We will post the exchange product to you FREE of charge within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to an exchange for the Product.
(d) Return of the Product domestically is free of charge as long as it is sent from an address within Australia. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your initial refund.
Please note that if you are shipping items over the value of $75AUD, it would be highly advisable to use a track-able shipping services or simply by purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive all returned items.
(e) You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of the Product where: we have not received your returned Product; it is apparent from the condition of the returned Product that you had not taken reasonable care of the Product while it was in your possession; and you have not returned the Product within the period referred to in clause 2.1 above.
(f) Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven't received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
(g) Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
2.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
2.3 This clause 2 does not affect your statutory rights.
