Description:

The presence detector operates as a door activator when a person enters the zone on the PUSH side. Once the door is open it remains open until the person has gone through. As a safety sensor, on the PUSH side it protects persons or objects from being hit by the door if the door has been stopped by the safety sensor on the PULL side and is closing after the pause time. In this case the door remains stationary and only moves in the unobstructed direction. Ideally suited for areas where beds and frail people need to ensure that the door will not close on them until completely clear of the doorway.
