WARRANTY POLICY

Christian Paul provides a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch only. The warranty is only provided to the original end-use purchases.

What is NOT covered?

• Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
• General wear and tear including scratches, chips, changes in the colour of the leather band or any other ordinary changes incidental to the usual use of the watch
• Failure or damage caused by improper use
• Watches with the serial number missing or tampered with

NOTE: Warranty decisions are at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse claims under warranty if our conditions and criteria are not met. During the warranty period, we will, repair or replace any defective parts or the whole watch within a reasonable period and free of charge.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Christian Paul purchase. We are proud to offer our customers the option of exchanging their watch if it is not quite right. In order to exchange your watch for a different piece, please return it to us in a brand new and saleable condition, with all original and undamaged tags and packaging included, within 14 days of receipt. Original packaging includes the protective seal on the watch face and back.

If you choose to return your watch for an exchange, we are unable to refund your initial shipping costs and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning your order. We are pleased, however, to offer you free shipping on your chosen replacement watch.
