The item arrived within 3days if purchase which it's great! The box offered good protection to the components but because of three shower head was with the mixer set it scratch the top part of it alittle bit. But overall the product still look so shiny you can see yourself in it. Haven't install it yet but bought it for bathroom reno. Can't wait to have shower with it.
