Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Delivery was very quick, very happy with the product, required an electrician to install a power point to power up, plumbing was straight forward and did not require a tradesman.

Prompt delivery and tested the seat on how fast it heats up, around 1 minute (so it doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time). It also has a power saving mode, but not sure how much power it consumes.

Great value and prompt delivery; installation instructions were thin, but professional installation was recommended. The unit was half the price of the one it replaces, and has better features. Highly recommended.

The product lives up to expectations. The plastic connection from water supply is a bit hard to tighten leak proof, that part would be better if were made of metal, like other tube connectors. The power cable is long enough to raise above head to avoid any water ingress. The users must develop a habit of closing the seat cover regularly to avoid energy loss, when in uncovered condition both the heated water tank and seat loses heat by increased convection and needs power to maintain the set temperature - this is noticeable by the blinking of the relevant LED in the panel. Both sprays and air blow work comfortably. Pleasure to use.

I am very happy with my purchase of the product. Delivery was fast. Installation is easy. The product has all the functions I expect. Super value! I recommend it to my friend and he bought it immediately and happy with it. Can not comment on the quality as it would take time to tell.
