With the Mad Millie Greek Yoghurt Kit you can make delicious probiotic Greek and Soy yoghurt and Labna (yoghurt cheese) from the comfort of your very own kitchen!

Each gram of Mad Millie Greek Yoghurt contains over a million probiotic bacteria cells, scientifically shown to improve digestive health, nutrient absorption and immunity. Specifically, yoghurt contains live Bifidobacterium species, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Streptococcus thermophilus which make for mouth-wateringly tasty yoghurt and are also extremely good for you.

Just add your choice of milk, and flavour with natural fruit, honey or sweet spice for delicious yoghurt made exactly how you like it!

Mad Millie has gone to the trouble of trying and testing various methods of yoghurt-making so you don't have to.
