The Mad Millie Vegan Cheese Kit makes it easy to create delicious (guilt free!) vegan cheeses like mozzarella, halloumi, cream cheese, mascarpone, ricotta and feta at home.
Designed to be made in any kitchen. No specialised equipment or experience required. Just add your choice of nuts and kitchen spices. All cheese can be made in less than a day!
Time: 4-8 hours soaking time plus 30 minutes cooking time
