With only 15 minutes preparation and with no kneading required, you can be ready to pop your loaf or rolls into the oven then serve and enjoy.Sourdough is extremely beneficial, with a low glycaemic index, full of healthy Lactobacillus bacteria; it is high in nutrients and is easier to digest. Try some different varieties such as wholemeal, fruit loaf and gluten free, using the handy recipe book that comes with the kit.
