How to use:
Apply the eyeliner with the handy brush. Place a clean line along the lash line for a powerful look. Fix the eyeliner with any color of eye shadow. As a smokey eye, blend the cream eye liner in the desired shape and then fix it with any desired eye shadow color. This creates a beautiful, dramatic shadow on the eye.
