The protective bumper design has a water-resistant construction to give you consistent operation even in harsh conditions. The two powerful 3" side firing speakers deliver quality stereo sound for up to 19 hours of continuous use when you're powering it with a Makita BL1830 battery. This radio features 10 AM/FM preset buttons and an auxiliary port for MP3 and iPod connection. It is compatible with all 7.2V-18V Makita batteries.
