  • Winemaking: Picked from the vines yielding less than two tonnes to the acre grown on the red basalt soil of Broke Fordwich from some of the oldest Verdelho vines planted in Australia. The grapes were picked on two batches from the same vineyard.
  • Colour: Pale straw in colour.
  • Aroma: Aromatic fruit salad bouquet of pineapple, melon, mandarin and stone fruit with hints of spice and and citrus.
  • Palate: The palate is balanced beautifully between lively citrus fruits and the riper broader tropical notes. With a crisp long finish.
  • Cellaring:,nbsp; Nicely drinking now as a young racy wine or cellar for another 5 years to appreciate the aged complexities of classic Hunter Valley semillon.
