This large ceramic mixing bowl comes with an unglazed terracotta lid that serves as both a proving lid and baking stone. Knead the dough in comfort in the wide mouthed bowl, then leave to rise covered by the heavy, fitted lid. When you are ready to bake, set the dough on the heat absorbent stone lid for traditional stone baked bread.
