If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, please contact us with 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unmarked, in original condition and neatly wrapped in original packaging.
Once your return item as been received and inspected you will be issued with a refund for the product price.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY:
All products from Living Elements are covered with a 12-month warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. This only applies to residential customers.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
Delivery charges are inclusive of full insurance.
If your item has been damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement item at our cost.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival and report any freight damages within 24 hours of receipt.
The damaged item needs to be returned packaged in the condition it was received.
If you wish to arrange for a refund instead of a replacement, the return will then be considered under the above change of mind policy.

Purchased the desk for my daughter. It looks great in her room. Good quality for price. Delivery service from supplier was awesome unlike my last purchase via my deal. This supplier kept in contact with me personally right up until delivery and I was informed of when product was expected to be delivered. Even the delivery freight company were great. Definitely would recommend purchasing from this supplier.
