If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise from Kula Athletic we offer free returns on all full priced items within 14 days of order arrival. Sale items however are final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund credit or exchange.

The following requirements must be met for all returns:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of order arrival
  • The item(s) must not be worn used or washed
  • The item(s) must be in original clean condition with all tags attached and enclosed in its original packaging
  • No item(s) with make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return

Bust:

Run a tape measure across the fullest part of your bust. The measurement should be flat and not too snug.

Waist:

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist which lies above your hips and below your rib cage.

Hips:

Measure around the fullest part of your hips which is generally one or two inches lower than your hip bones.

We use premium technical fabrics selected for their ability to perform to the highest standards. Therefore care should be taken in washing your garments to keep them functional and in great form. Please follow the care instructions on your garments and as a general guide we recommend the following:

  • Machine cold wash gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron 
  • Do not dry clean
