Care instructions: Protect furniture from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fabric from fading and drying out. Vacuum regularly using low suction. Avoid heavy soiling caused by perspiration, hair oil, footwear and pets. Treat spills and stains as soon as possible, gently blot any food or liquid spills immediately with a dry, white, clean cloth, do not rub. If required for further cleaning, use a mild, non-coloured pure soap solution made from soap flakes mixed with warm water. Allow to dry thoroughly in the shade away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not saturate the fabric or filling with water or other cleaning fluids. Fibre pills can be removed using a battery operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.

Full price purchases: You may return new, unused (still in packaging, not taken out) items within 14 days of the email that confirms shipment for an exchange only. Please contact us at for a return number, we will only accept returns with a return number.
You, the customer will need to pay for shipping to and from The Home & Linen Ladies. If the goods are not in a clean and re-saleable condition, we will be unable to exchange your order. If the product in question is not in a clean and re-saleable condition, You the customer, will need to pay for freight back to your location.
