What’s the point of having a beard if it is dry, itchy, brittle or irritating? A beard is something that should be enjoyed, & there is nothing more enjoyable than stroking a soft luscious beard. Our complex formulation of botanical oils will impregnate & coat your hair to seal in moisture & make it soft like a feather. Not only will this keep it feeling good, it will also be itch-free, tangle free & easier to style.

Directions

To condition your facial hair and leave it with an alluring scent, use the dropper to dispense a small amount of the oil into your hand and comb through with a beard comb. Add more as required, a little goes a long way. This product should be used daily, ideally after a shower to help seal in the hair's hydration.

Generally stubble & short beards will need only a few drops. Medium beards may require between 6-12 drops & large beards may absorb at least a full dose from the dropper.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping / Postage

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable.
