Shipping Details

  • Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery.
  • To guarantee delivery of your order, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm, home or business. If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection.
  • For Australian deliveries we use Australia Post which requires the delivery to be signed for by the Purchaser. Any risk will pass to the Purchaser and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. Jewellers Domain cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications.
  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We will offer you a replacement, store credit or refund including freight costs upon receipt of the item returned.

  • Please NOTE that refunds/store credits are NOT applicable for:

    • Earrings (due to health and hygiene regulations)
    • Clearance/Sale items
    • The original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded
    • Beyond 6 days and up to 14 days we offer exchanges or returns for store credit only
    • Are There Special Diamond Return Instructions? In addition to the instructions above, if your merchandise came with a diamond certificate, it must be returned with the merchandise or you will be responsible for a $100 replacement of certificate charge.
  • We offer a 5 day hassle free exchange policy on most of our products. If you have changed your mind about your jewels or if they are not a perfect fit you are more than welcome to send them back within 5 days for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
