RETURNS:

Once you've received your item if you change your mind or aren't completely happy we are happy to refund the item for you within the first 14 days. Refunds are granted once the item has arrived at our office for inspection. Bare Bones reserves the right to reject any refund if the item has been damage or is not fit for resale upon return. If Bare Bones rejects a return request the customer will be required to pay postage for the item's return.

WARRANTY:

All Bare Bones' products are covered by a 12 month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the item and/or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

During this warranty period, we will repair or replace your item free of charge at our own discretion if there proves to be mechanical or manufacturing defects.

Wallets
By purchasing a Bare Bones wallet, you understand that each wallet is unique in it's colour, distress and leather grain. We strive to keep each wallet within a certain range of colour and style - the wallet pictured on the website is a good guide as to what your Bare Bones wallet will look like. We do not refund or replace due to preference of distress, colour, or leather grain.

Watches
When you purchase a Bare Bones watch, our warranty does not cover any wear and tear that might occur when you are wearing your watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, leather strap damage, or theft.

Sunglasses
Our sunglasses warranty is void if you choose to replace the lenses with prescriptions at an optometrist. At this point, your chosen optometrist is liable for any damage caused to the lenses. Our warranty does not cover any accidental scratches or wear and tear of the glasses or lenses that may occur when wearing or travelling. Use the provided case and you should be sweet.
