4 to 16 oz gloves are for a wide range of hand sizes from small kids to extra large adults.
As the boxing gloves weight size increases so does the overall boxing glove hand size.
The size chart below is only a guide as boxing gloves sizing often depends on the type of activity and what you are aiming to achieve.
If you want more protection or fitness endurance then you may want to use a larger size glove.
If want more speed and not so much protection then you may favour a smaller size glove.

  • 8-10oz Teenagers & Small to Medium Adults 45kg to 70kg
