Motorola G51 has a unibody design that’s made of polycarbonate and is quite heavy at 208g, but it also comes with an IP52 rating against dust and water, which the competition does not offer.
Software performance is smooth and fluid and most of this is down to the choice of near-stock Android software, with a few Motorola-specific customizations. The 120Hz high refresh rate display also plays a part in making the software experience appear quite fluid.
Gaming performance is a bit disappointing, and this is an area where the competition performs better. There’s three rear-facing cameras and they do a decent job with daylight photos but perform poorly in low light.
Battery life is quite good and lasts about a day and half with regular use. Motorola G51 comes with a 20W charger in the box, which takes about two hours to charge the smartphone to 100 percent.
