Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

Great products & prices but MyDeal won’t deliver to our door which is really frustrating as we have to drive half an hour to pick them up from the nearest Post office. It makes no sense paying for delivery when Mydeals courier won’t deliver here!
