Shipping Details

• Please refer to the "Estimated Delivery Time Frame" available in the product listing for expected delivery time to your address
• We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra

Shipping Policy:

1- We deliver Australia wide and the customer must pay the delivery charges at the checkout.
2- Certain products will not be shipped Australia wide because they are too delicate to handle.
3- We will take 1 to 2 business days to handle the product and if the product is not available (just in case), we will contact you.
4- Dependent on location, delivery will be between 10 to 14 business days. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box Address or Parcel Lockers and we do not ship outside of Australia yet.
5- We can only provide an approximate delivery date and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
6- Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.
7- The delivery will be valid to the doorstep and ground floor only. Any lifting needed will be arranged by the customer.
Please note that we do standard delivery that is a single person delivery (driver only) and someone must be available to assist the driver.
8- If you wish to return the item in transit, then both way shipping will be charged (for dispatching and returning).
