Especially in the US, the vacuum brewing process is called âSiphonâ, and it is now â and most literally âhotâ, if you want a cup of the very best brewed black coffee. This brew method extracts all the precious oils from the coffee beans, thanks to an ideal balance of temperature and brew time. The vacuum created during the brewing process captures all of the flavours, so that the best coffee beans are utilized fully. PEBO is made of materials designed to be both safe and practical. The hot-plate is protected, so the coffee pot stands firm, and after use it can be easily cleaned with warm water. The integral filter ensures all the aromatic substances of the coffee are extracted into the pot, without grounds getting into your cup. Pour water into the lower section of the coffee pot and attach the upper section. Pour the ground coffee into the upper section and replace the lid. Bodum recommends medium ground coffee. If possible, grind the coffee yourself, using freshly roasted beans. Use 7g per cup. Switch PEBO on and watch the miracle happen. When the water reaches 94° C, ideal for the coffee brewing process, it rises into the upper section of the pot and mixes with the beans. After bubbling in the funnel for four minutes, it all runs down through the filter, into the coffee pot, ensuring a delicious flavour. Once this process is complete, PEBO automatically switches function from brewing to just keeping the coffee hot. Voilà . You have brewed a perfect cup of black coffee in record time.

We will do our best to post your orders within one business day once your payment has arrived. We will ship to the address provided on eBay, please ensure it is up to date and correct. All orders are registered and come with tracking number. If your order is returned to us, a reshipping fee of $20 will apply. We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by you.
Returns
By making a purchase from this store you agree to the following return policy.
In order to qualify for a return under this policy, all products must be in as new condition so that they are suitable for resale. This includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging. The item and accessories that come with it must also be returned in an undamaged state. Any item that has been wilfully or accidentally damaged while it has been in the customersâ possession will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We offer 30 days return policy. If for any reason in the first 30 days after the transaction has been completed you are unhappy with the item you may return it for a refund or an exchange based on the below guidelines.
1. If the return is for a change of mind, unhappy with the item because it is the wrong size or not what you were expecting, but the description clearly stated what it was that you were receiving, or you have misused the item and clearly stated in the description that it must be used in a certain way or had compatibility requirement the buyer is responsible for return postage. In addition, a partial refund will be given according to the eBay partial refund guidelines.
2. If the item is faulty the cost of return postage will fall on Value Village. We can email you a return postage label for you to print out and use.
3. If an item arrives damaged you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of any damage. Anything beyond 7 days will not be accepted as a damaged item. We believe if an item is damaged in transit it is something that you should be able to identify on the day of receiving the item. After 7 days our courier companies will not accept any liability, therefore we will also do not accept any claims.
4. Unless the item is faulty or damaged you must return the item at your own cost. The item is your responsibility during transit. If it is lost or damaged during delivery we will accept no liability. Insurance and tracking will be your responsibility.
5. After receiving the returned product Value Village will initiate the refund, store credit or exchange as soon as possible.
Our return policy includes and does not seek to exclude or limit the rights that you have under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can not be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we supply are in addition to any consumer warranties and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
