Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

I totally love these rugs, yes I have 3. All different colours and sizes, yet finish off a room, for a great price. Also extremely easy to clean something spilled on it, and the cats love them. Perfect with our house full of floorboards ready to help warm each room. Plus they look great
