Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I love the rug but was surprised it was chocolate coloured not coffee!!! Also I wasn’t expecting silver tinsel through the rugs pile! It’s very sparkly but does look nice!

Fast delivery and good quality product however the colour was not what I ordered. Instead of grey we ended up with a black rug with silver fleck through it.
