Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with labels and tags attached, and proof of purchase (i.e. Tax Invoice) is required.
For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear.
All refunds for Change of mind exclude delivery charges. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.

Good quality . Well made and the zipper in the side makes them a lot easier for me (With arthritis in all my joints) to put them on and take them off. Good pricing and delivery was very timely. Would definitely recommend.

Boots were 1 size bigger than my usual size 8, but was easily exchanged in store for a size 7. The zip is on the outside of the boot which makes it slightly awkward to zip up. They are fairly comfortable (still wearing them in) and are good value for a genuine leather boot. Would buy again in another colour & would definitely recommend.

All good quality and price but standard size is different than other shooes i can recommend to buy only instore because i bought size8 and written that's size 8 which is equal or larger than size 10
