This Scanpan fine Grater works a treat on hard cheeses and is superb for creating citrus zest in a snap. Used on things like ginger, cucumber and apple, it will make a puree-like food.
 
A sophisticated etching process has been used to create the blade, resulting in razor-sharp cutting edges which are guaranteed to deliver professional results every time. A non-slip plush-grip handle, colour-coded footpad and a clip-on guard nicely round out the features here.

Returns Policy

1. You changed your mind

  • We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
  • Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
  • Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, we will happily replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.

  • The product is fine but the seller had not paid the required amount for postage so the post office would not deliver it until I went and paid the amount outstanding - so in effect I paid for the product and delivery and then had to pay for delivery again. Also annoying was the fact I had to go to the post office. I may as well have just gone to the shop and bought one myself - I would have ended up paying less.
