The Noctua NA-SAV2 is a fan accessory set consisting of 20 NA-AV2 anti-vibration mounts for up to 5 fans. Replacing standard fan screws, the NA-AV2 mounts enable the convenient, quick and vibration free installation of fans in standard mounting holes for chassis fans. At the same time, Chromax anti-vibration mounts allow the addition of subtle colour accents to Noctua Redux and industrialPPC fans in order to colour coordinate them with individual build themes. NA-AV2 mounts are designed to work with most open flange fans with standard 4.3mm mounting holes. They are compatible with all Noctua fans as well as many third party fans.

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
The item must be returned in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee applies to any change of mind returns, minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note we only accept change of mind returns if it is returned in a saleable condition with original packaging. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened with factory sealed, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. All items we sell come with a unique serial number. The serial number of the returned item must match the item we sell.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:
We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the order date.
The item has been packed back into its original packaging, will all included accessories and documentation.
Please Note:
A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the 14 Days DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Most of our products are supported by a 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting first and more details about warranty terms.
Please note:
The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The processing time is generally 2-4 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
The Warranty claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
