NT-H1 is a pro-grade TIM solution for enthusiasts who demand both exceptional performance and maximum ease of use: A hybrid compound of different micro-particles allows for minimum thermal resistance, excellent ease of use and outstanding long-term stability. NT-H1 consists of a hybrid compound of different micro-particles, which has been specifically optimised for use in PC environments. Thanks to its extremely low thermal resistance as well as excellent pliability and spreadability, NT-H1 achieves outstanding results. As NT-H1 spreads very well under pressure, theres no need to smear it over the heat-spreader. This reduces both the consumption of paste and the time spent on the installation process: Put one drop of NT-H1 onto the center of your CPU, install the cooler and thats it! NT-H1 reaches its full performance extremely fast and doesnt require a longer "burn-in" time. NT-H1 doesnt contain any solvents or other substances with low flash point and provides excellent long-term stability. Due to the compounds exceptional curing, bleeding, dry-out under thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can be used for several years without any problems. NT-H1 possesses a very low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. Therefore, theres no danger of short-circuits even in cases of direct contact with components or conducting paths. Fully compatible with all materials commonly employed in PC environments, NT-H1 is suited for use with aluminium and copper coolers. NT-H1 is perfectly suited for use with compressor coolers. Even at the very lowest temperatures, the paste delivers full performance and remains easy to clean off.

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
The item must be returned in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee applies to any change of mind returns, minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note we only accept change of mind returns if it is returned in a saleable condition with original packaging. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened with factory sealed, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. All items we sell come with a unique serial number. The serial number of the returned item must match the item we sell.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For items Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty, or Delivered Incorrectly, please immediately contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in resolving any concerns by possibly having the product returned in suitable packaging (preferably its original packaging).
Please Note:
A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. ALL of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting first and more details about warranty terms.
Please note:
The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The processing time is generally 2-4 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
The Warranty claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
