1. What support services do you provide for customers?

We have a dedicated customer support team that will assist you from the very beginning of your purchase, and right through your lifetime journey with our products. Our customer support team can be contacted by phone on 03 9034 5280, live chat, or by email at sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au. Our support extends even outside your warranty period, with our experienced technical team that can provide a repair service throughout any point in your experience with our products.

2. What payment methods do you offer?

Glamour Makeup Mirrors is happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. We also accept PayPal as major forms of payment, and bank transfer. We also accept payment via ZipPay (buy now pay later) and Afterpay.

3. Do you offer warranty on your products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on our entire Glamour Makeup Mirrors _ Lumiere collection (for all purchases made as of 4th April 2018), excluding the Lucia. We also provide a 1 _ year warranty on LED Ring Lights, LED magnifying mirrors, vanity tables, and acrylic organisers. All warranty is enacted from the date which your order is dispatched. Replacement of light bulbs is always covered by our warranty.

4. What type of bulbs do you offer? Can bulbs be replaced or purchased from anywhere else?

All our mirrors utilise LED light bulbs and are included within your mirror box. Light bulbs are covered under warranty and we will happily replace them for you if the need arises. If your mirror is outside of warranty, we still advise that you purchase your replacement globes from us to ensure you receive a consistent temperature in all of the globes. Some light bulbs that are purchased outside of Glamour Makeup Mirrors may not be compatible with our mirrors and thus may cause flickering lights and other electrical complications.

5. Are your products certified to Australian electrical standards?

All of our mirrors are in accordance with Australian and New Zealand electrical safety standard. They uphold with the following safety standards in Australia and New Zealand: AS / NZS 60598.2.1 AS / NZS 60598.1 AS/NZS CISPR 15: 2011 EMC
