Any orders from 24th December 2023 to 7th January 2024, we will dispatch them after the 12th of Jan 2023.

Regional: 1-6 business days
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and border restrictions across NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, resulting in high parcel volumes impacting parts of the Couriers Operations, customers may experience delivery delays in some parts of the state by up to 5 days or longer.

Change of Mind Returns:
Please be advised Modern Art Framing is not accepting any change of mind returns, as our products are made by orders from our factory.
Warranty Claims For Incorrect Shipment or Defect Item(s):
If you receive the incorrect products or products have defects, please contact us immediately via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim or return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
