After having abdominal surgery and a resulting hernia i found the four panel belt was excellent. The brace supports my Abdominal wall and hernia . I find it very comfortable to wear a braceis not visible under your clothes. I find laying down when putting on the brace makes it alot easier to manage. A good quality product
