The Black Ocean Road soy wax candle is scented with a bold fragrance to add a luxurious, sophisticated ambiance to your life. The active ingredients used in this product are ethically sourced and provided by nature. All products are made in Australia in an ecological and sustainable way so you can indulge with a clear conscience.
Before lighting, trim the wick to approximately 6mm and remove any wick debris. This encourages an even burn, longer burning time, and will keep the candle burning without any black soot. Ensure the top layer of the wax has melted evenly before extinguishing the flame to prevent tunnelling. Blowing out the flame is not encouraged as the wax may splatter, and the wick may continue to smoke and glow.
Either use a candle dipper and dip your wick into the pool of wax, or use a candle snuffer to extinguish the burning scented candle. Do not burn for less than one hour or longer than three hours at a time. Do not leave the candle unattended. Stop burning when there is 10mm to 12mm of wax left.

RETURNS POLICY
We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.
Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
