Cut into Strips

Rotate one of the small knobs 360º clockwise to raise a set of blades. Then twist the thickness regulator to select a number, and press the handle to cut food into strips.

Cut into Julienne

If you want to get julienne, rotate two small knobs. For Julienne, do not rotate the thickness regulator over 5.

Cut into Slices

Twist the thickness regulator can help you to select a thickness. Remember, the bigger the number is, the thicker the slices will be. After selecting the thickness you want, then press the handle.

Cut into Dices

Put slices into the feeder（Please fill it up.） in order to get dices. For bigger dices, put the thick slices in and raise one set of small blades, then twist the thickness regulator to 8. For smaller dices, put the thin slices in and rotate both of the knobs, then twist the thickness regulator to around 4.
