Onedown Health offers returns and exchanges, any exchange will be automatically credited and arranged with the customer. Customers may return goods for change of their mind in accordance with the customer meeting the requirements set out in that clause and below.
We allow all Onedown Health customers to return goods for a change of mind where the goods are:
1. returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
2. as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
3. in a resalable condition;
4. not damaged in any way.
Please note; The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
If the returned goods are as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in the above clause, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree a negotiation will be made for a resolution with the customer.
