Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist.

CAUTION:Do not swallow. Do not use this product in children 12 years of age or less. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
