We hope that you enjoy your products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund of the product, minus any shipping and handling costs that have been incurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. Please ensure that products are picked carefully as we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed items.

To start a return, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through your MyDeal Account if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
