The powder-coated steel frames make the table and chairs strong and sturdy, and thanks to their light-weight constructions, all items are easy to move. Thanks to the weather-resistant and waterproof PE rattan, the dining set is easy to clean. The tempered glass table top is also easy to clean with a damp cloth.
The thick, soft cushions with vertical fibre cotton filling are highly comfortable and made of water-repellent polyester. The removable and washable covers are equipped with zippers. The stools can be placed neatly under the table when not in use to save space.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
