For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

As soon as it was assembled and made available our dog claimed it! We'll wait and see how long it is before he destroys it. He wants to 'dig' and destroyed all previous dog beds with his nails.

for the price a good dog bed easy to clean and assemble not sure it it would suit a very large dog over 30 kg but we shall find out in time but still a good bed for the price
