Unfortunately my first purchase arrived damaged but the support service through the appropriate channels was good and a replacement was sent again but heavily packaged this time. Both deliveries contained a cute hand written note; what a lovely personal touch ☺️ Where the polystyrene has protected the mirror, it's marked the mirror frame but I've managed to remove with a light scour with a scouring pad.
