Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

My dog Shadow, took to this the minute it was put together, he appears to absolutely love it, gives him a more restful sleep and he plays outside and happily rns in and hops onto it his tail still wagging and his tongue hanging out lol, highly recommended I would say!
