For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Bought this for our large dogs but our cats have taken over it and they love it.. l did add extra stuffing in it and if you have it on timber floors it does sweat underneath.

Excellent pet bed My dog loves it Bought one for a friend also, her dog / puppy loves it too. Great value for money, bought one elsewhere, but was not even close to same quality.
