For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

This is a really well designed product. I actually use it for my twins not a dog as its significantly bigger than anything I can find made for babies. I love that the mesh and the roof means it's also fly and mosquito proof. Very lightweight and very easy to set up

Love it but more importantly our dog Lady loves it. We are using it like a crate to restrict where she goes during the night to keep her off the furniture. Lady uses it in preference to her normal dog bed.
