Palate: The vibrant palate replicates in taste, with flavours of blackcurrant coupled with the warmth of bay leaf. Undertones of chocolate and cedar add to the flavoursome palate, while soft and silky tannins complete it, altogether culminating in a lovely and lengthy finale

Cellaring: Up to a decade

Food: Serve alongside a chargrilled rump with roasted bone marrow to have a filling and pleasing meal
