1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I love this mattress! I used to have a standard queen mattress and I have pretty bad back pains so I desperately wanted to get a new mattress at a decent price. At around $150 this mattress is awesome. It's really thick and plush. It's very comfortable. I'm so happy with it! :D
