How to use your new Body Scrub:

• Moisten your skin thoroughly in the shower or bath.
• Take a handful or two and spread over your whole body rubbing in a circular motion, make sure you get those problem areas (if this is your first time it is a bit messy, but you'll become a pro in no time.
• Leave on your skin for 1-5 minutes, let the natural ingredients and oils do their thing.
• Rinse all the scrubby bits off, and it will leave smooth, moisturised glowing skin.
• Make our beautiful body scrubs part of your routine 2-3 times a week, and your skin will love you for it.
