Nice and solid. I Was worried my cats would be able to tip it over when they did a full height scratch but it's actually very sturdy and stable. A little tricky to put together. My cats love it.

Great quality - great height , but my 15 year old cat won’t use it , sadly . He’s had a massive cat tree for the past 7 years , which he absolutely loved ! I’ve had to pull the majority of it down as he’s shredded it . So he’s still using part of it - but he’s miffed by not being able to climb it and walk along the wall unit . I will persevere with this new cat pole , and endeavour to get him to use it !
