The SMAI Plyometric WOD Pro Box has been developed to create a competition grade box that allows extra protection for any athlete. Made from super dense EVA foam cover with a density of 90-degree hardness this plyometric box comes in at 20kgs meaning it’s not going anywhere. With the measurements clearly marked on each side you can shift this plyometric box to three different heights: 20" 24" and 30".
