We will attempt to process your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

We ship orders from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia. Please see below the approximate time for METRO deliveries. Please keep in mind that Designer Makeup Tools does not accept responsibility for late parcels caused by couriers.

Domestic:

• QLD: 2 to 4 business days

• NSW: 3 to 4 business days

• VIC: 3 to 5 business days

• ACT: 3 to 4 business days

• SA: 4 to 6 business days

• TAS: 5 to 6 business days

• NT: 10 to 14 business days

• WA: 6 to 8 business days

Some restricted items such as dangerous goods may take longer as they need special handling.

Change of Mind Policy:

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with our products, should the items ordered be unsatisfactory or you wish to exchange them due to a change of mind, please contact us so we can arrange for the an agreed resolution.

Warranty and Returns Policy:

Should you wish to exchange the items you ordered due to a wrong choice on your part or the product is not what you expected, the item/s may be exchanged for item/s of equal or greater value. We offer a refund service for any item that arrives with manufacturer faults. Makeup/Skincare is non-returnable in any instance, due to hygiene laws. Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
