    Preece Sparkling is a blend of the varieties that are most suited to developing fine yet complex fizz. Namely Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Many sparkling wines are made from a blend of varieties and vintages (hence ‘non vintage’) to enable maximum fruit flavour and complexity Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 3 different vintages have been carefully selected. The wine has an average age of 3 years before being bottle fermented to enhance the complexity of flavour in this wine.This wine has been bottle fermented and blended with reserve wine to develop some complex characters. It has been aged on yeast for 12 months
